Thank you for shopping with Be Mi Los Angeles! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping terms and policies below.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Location: All orders are processed and shipped directly from Los Angeles, California.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days from the order date.

  • Weekend & Holiday Policy: Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or official US holidays.

  • Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated confirmation email (and optional text message) containing your carrier tracking number.

Domestic Shipping & Rates (United States)

  • Standard Flat Rate: $8.95 (3–4 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders of $75 or more.

  • Signature Confirmation: All orders are shipped via trackable carriers. If you require a signature upon delivery, please contact us at hello@bemilosangeles.com immediately after placing your order.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the property and responsibility of the customer.

  • Package Marked as "Delivered" but Missing?

    1. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.

    2. Check around your property, porch, mailroom, or with neighbors/building staff.

    3. Wait 3 business days: Shipping carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" up to 72 hours prior to physical drop-off.

  • Carrier Claims: Be Mi Los Angeles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We will happily provide you with your tracking details and carrier information so you can file a claim directly with them.

International Shipping Policy

  • Rates & Options: International customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout and assume all associated shipping costs.

  • Customs, Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for all international taxes, VAT, customs duties, fees, and country-specific declarations.

  • Pre-Orders: International orders containing pre-order items will ship together in full once all items become available.

Carrier Delays & Disclaimers

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for carrier tracking links to scan and update in transit once your label has been created.

  • Be Mi Los Angeles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, inclement weather, or destination customs clearance processes.

Important Order Policies

  • Restocking Fees: High-value returns totaling $300 or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Promotions & Discounts: Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders. Promotional offers are valid strictly during their active calendar dates.
