Every little girl's dream skirt. Two ruffle layers of beautiful soft tulle fully lined with combed cotton. Its long, puffy and it twirls like a dream. Elastic waistband. Total skirt length: 2-3 (18.5"), 4-5 (21.5"), 6-7 (24"), 8-9 (28")
