SHIPPING + HANDLING
Orders are shipped out approximately within three days from order date from Los Angeles, California. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail (text message - optional) with the USPS tracking number for your package. Due to carrier delays, please allow up 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.
$6 Flat Rate Standard shipping (3-4 business days) via USPS First Class on US orders under $100 and free shipping for US orders over $100.
Please note that we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
We send all orders via trackable mail or courier. Once the order has been scanned and delivered by the courier it will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer. If you'd like to make sure the package requires your signature for delivery, please email us at the time of your order.
We offer $15 flat fee for international shipping. International Customers will choose the desired shipping method, and assume all costs associated with the shipment. This includes all VATS, IVA and Taxes. Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs.
International orders including pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are available.
Be Mi Los Angeles is not responsible for any delays caused by matters, not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.

What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else.
Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered.
Be Mi Los Angeles is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.
Returns of $300 or more will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-returnable.
